In the role of Senior Financial Analyst-FP&A, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be a part of the Finance Team. You will serve as the primary finance business partner for leaders across Enabling Functions (such as HR and Procurement). In this role, you will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, manage month-end close and reporting, and provide insights that guide strategic decisions. Success requires strong communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, FP&A for Enabling Functions.
What you’ll be brewing:
- Partner with Enabling Functions leaders to manage the General & Administrative (G&A) expenses budget.
- Provide financial insights that enable informed decision-making, including identifying risks, opportunities, trade-offs, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead the annual planning process, collaborating with stakeholders, Corporate G&A, FP&A and HRBP teams to budget for pay costs and discretionary expenses.
- Manage month-end close and financial reporting, including ad-hoc journal entries (e.g., accruals), financial variance explanations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain accurate G&A forecasts, building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timeliness and reliability.
- Present monthly financial results and forecasts to leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build financial knowledge and capability among stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and reporting requirements across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in G&A reporting.
Key Ingredients:
- You have a 4-year degree in Finance or a related field; an MBA or graduate-level Finance or Accounting designation (CPA preferred) is an asset.
- You bring strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls.
- You are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and are comfortable using think-cell.
- You have hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- You have experience consolidating financial data across multiple currencies.
- You have demonstrated the ability to manage complex projects while effectively prioritizing competing business needs.
- You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- You operate with a high level of accountability, integrity, and follow-through.
- You are a continuous learner who actively supports the growth and development of your team.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
