The Headlines:

As the Senior Financial Analyst – Supply Chain G&A, supporting a variety of areas within supply chain’s financial & operational performance.  This position develops strong business partnerships with Supply Chain leadership to effectively manage the general and administrative arms within the Americas supply chain division. This position will lead elements of the planning, forecasting and consolidation processes for the Supply Chain division.  This position will also support reporting and analysis in a variety of areas, such as our organization’s cost savings initiatives.  The ability to effectively communicate, build relationships with a broad set of stakeholders, and drive insightful analyses is critical to the success of this position.


The role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and reports to our Senior Manager – Planning & Forecasting.


The Responsibilities:

  • Reports on monthly financial performance against budget & forecast within supply chain G&A
  • Builds strong relationships with various functions and VP-level stakeholders to drive performance
  • Uses financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts to provide counsel to business unit partners & help deliver against business targets
  • Seeks input by working closely with stakeholders to develop monthly financial forecast
  • Leads the development of the annual plan and performs analytics to assess risk & opportunities
  • Uses accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide objective, timely, and accurate financial information
  • Effectively and succinctly communicates performance drivers to stakeholders
  • Actively identifies opportunities to simplify and improve existing processes within the department
  • Supports other reporting and financial analysis, as needed, to execute against organizational goals



The Qualifications:

Education Level/Experience:

  • You have a 4-year degree in Finance or related field, MBA or Graduate Finance or Accounting (CPA) preferred
  • You have 3+ years of experience depending on industry



  • SAP/Business Warehouse, advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office
  • Prior budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience 
  • Strong understanding of financial statements
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute in the details
  • Solid teamwork and collaboration skills and ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Self-starter and persistently seeks continuous improvement
  • Financial modeling, analysis and corporate reporting is a plus
