In the role of Senior Director, World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) (based on Procter & Gamble's Integrated Work Systems (IWS)), working in Milwaukee WI, you will be part of the Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will lead the operational excellence transformation strategy across our brewery and vertical integration network, driving capability development, asset reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term business performance.
This position reports directly to the Vice President, Technical Services & Support and works closely with brewery leadership teams, engineering, quality, digital, and operations leaders across North America.
What You'll Be Brewing:
• Lead the North American WCSC transformation strategy, establishing and executing the long-term operational excellence roadmap across brewery and vertical integration operations.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to align business strategy, site master plans, operational priorities, and capability development initiatives to drive sustainable business results.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to brewery leadership teams, supporting operational performance improvement, leadership capability building, and phase progression across the network.
• Lead governance processes that ensure alignment across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Digital teams while removing organizational barriers and driving enterprise prioritization.
• Drive deployment, integration, and sustainment of WCSC systems, ensuring pillar health, reliability maturity, and loss elimination capability throughout the network.
• Develop and strengthen operational leadership capabilities at all levels through coaching, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives.
• Establish systems and processes that reinforce accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement culture across the organization.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, benchmarking, and best practice replication across breweries and manufacturing operations to accelerate performance improvements.
• Ensure lessons learned, operational standards, and successful practices are captured, institutionalized, and reapplied throughout the network.
• Collaborate with the global WCSC community to align methodologies, standards, and operational excellence practices across the enterprise.
Key Ingredients:
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, an advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in Engineering is considered an asset.
• You have 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing, brewing, beverage, or supply chain environments.
• You have deep expertise in operational excellence systems, including Integrated Work Systems (IWS), WCSC, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Continuous Improvement, and Reliability Excellence.
• You have demonstrated success leading large-scale operational transformations across multiple sites or business units.
• You possess strong strategic planning, organizational development, and change leadership capabilities.
• You have experience coaching senior leaders, plant leadership teams, and functional stakeholders to achieve sustainable business results.
• You have exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across complex organizations.
• Lean certifications and formal continuous improvement training are considered assets.
• You are a highly effective leader with a proven ability to build organizational capability, develop talent, and inspire high-performance teams.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $171,700.00 - $225,400.00 (posting salary range) + 30% target short term incentive + $50,000 + 800 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
