In the role of Sr. Administrative Assistant working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to three Vice Presidents focusing on four main areas: Treasury, Global Business Services, Controllership, and Internal Audit. This position exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment. Some of the key responsibilities will include the ability to compile and produce complex information for inclusion in reports or presentations and the creation of charts, graphs or tables. Effective calendar and people management skills are critical as well as sound communication skills associated with routine and high-level written and verbal correspondence. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the various purchase orders of the functions which include accessing Ariba SAP and working to get various invoices paid through the standard process.
This position reports to the VP Treasurer & GBS and works closely with the executive leadership team, and cross functional departments.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Ability to compile and produce complex information for inclusion in reports or presentations and the creation of charts, graphs or tables
- Responsibility for complex office activities
- Responsible for calendar and time/people management for company Vice Presidents
- Responsible for booking travel arrangements, preparing T&E reports and managing travel schedules
- Responsible for high-level correspondence through e-mail, telephone, and mail
- Compile and analyze complex information
- Within SAP Ariba, create purchase orders and manage invoices to ensure payment within terms
- Support the onboarding of new hires and ordering of office supplies
- Administrator for various systems to requisition or modify access
- Aid in the preparation and filing of key records, statistics and reports
- Administer programs, projects or other processes specific to operating unit served
- Provide administrative leadership
- High school education required
- More than 6 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Capability to analyze complex information requests and determining complex trends
- Strong experience with Microsoft suite of applications (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Expert-level experience with all components of Microsoft Outlook
- Administrative leadership and decision making
- You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
- You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- You take pride in a proven track record in delivering.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $56,600.00 - $74,300.00 (posting salary range) + 5% target short term incentive + target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
