Title: SAP Functional Specialist

Job Description: The SAP Functional Specialist (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC Milwaukee, Wisconsin will define business problems and translate them into software solutions, including analysis of alternative scenarios in collaboration with the internal logistics community. Build and run: systems applications and SAP TM/EM/OTC/APO, integration with EWM, and cross application solutions for an area of the business. Keep up on market trends and best practices to help identify opportunities of improvement. Gather business requirements leading to functional enhancement of the processes, and process improvements, in business solutions as identified for various projects. Provide end to end cross functional expertise within the SAP TM/EM/OTC/APO modules. Collaborate on cross module designs incorporating strategy and transformation, business analytics and optimization, Enterprise Application Services (EAS) and Application Management Services. Author system specification documentation including configurational rationales, business process procedures, and functional specifications for SAP Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms (RICEFs). Perform system configuration. Execute Functional Unit Testing (FUT), integration testing, regression testing and performance testing. Facilitate the design, testing, and implementation phases of a project. Identify system problems and root cause, and drive resolution through corrective action. May telecommute up to two days per week.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus five years in a professional SAP systems development and implementation, or related, occupation. Must include five years of experience with each of the following: (1) systems design, implementation, and post-production support within SAP R/3 and S/4 HANA systems; (2) SAP Transportation Management (TM); (3) SAP Event Management (EM); (4) SAP OTC (Order to Cash); (5) SAP APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer); (6) integrations with SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SAP PTP (Procure to Pay), and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management); and (7) maintenance of configuration documentation, SAP transports via Active control, and functional and technical specifications within SAP Solution Manager and Product Documentation Library toolsets.
