The Headlines:   

In the role of Quality Systems Specialist working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Brewing Innovation and Quality Teams. The Quality Systems Specialist has the responsibility of maintaining the Quality related master data for MCBC's quality management system.  The primary role of this position is to ensure master data is updated for all impacted facilities to enable the successful execution of quality inspections/process checks and adherence to specifications while producing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 

 

This position reports to Sr. Mgr Quality Service Gov and Systems  and works closely with the Quality teams, Corporate Brewing, as well as other cross-functional departments including  Information Technology Solution Delivery, Information Technology Solution Owner, GBS and Information Technology Support. 

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) understanding of current quality manufacturing system (ex: MCMS)  to include the creation, modification and implementation of the MCBC Quality Model into the system for NA Breweries. To include addition/modification to specifications, triggers, configurations, and imports into testing and production environments
  • Collaborate with internal customers and external partners to troubleshoot issues within the system and system process improvements. 
  • Create, Modify and Implement new Quality Models for new product processes, new lines, or new equipment
  • Maintain Corp Sync to include: Non-brewery specific specifications, maintenance of filled close container configurations to facilitate specification grouping for new brands, groups of brands, and/or brand families, language translations for all subsamples, descriptions and variables,

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have at least 5-8 years experience in Science (Food, Chemical, Computer), or equivalent experience; Engineering, or Business Admin
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
