Crafting Highlights:
In this Project Manager role based in Milwaukee, WI, you will be a key member of the Supply Chain Capabilities team within the Integrated Supply Chain organization. You will lead the planning, organization, scheduling, and execution of leadership‑approved projects in alignment with the Molson Coors project management framework.
A significant portion of the projects connected to this role support our growth strategy, particularly through mergers and acquisitions, where you will help bring new partners, capabilities, ways of working, and product portfolios into our network.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Capabilities and collaborates closely with our integration teams, cross‑functional partners across the enterprise, and external stakeholders.
Your work will ensure seamless onboarding of new partners and successful integration of acquired businesses into our supply chain and market operations.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Leverage internal teams, external partners, and consultants to deliver project objectives and ensure the brilliant execution of key initiatives.
- Analyze data and identify emerging risks or negative trends that could impact cost, regulatory compliance, or overall risk exposure, and proactively recommend mitigation actions.
- Apply strong project management expertise to lead the implementation of assigned projects and drive team accountability for deliverables.
- Maintain a strong customer‑focused mindset, ensuring consistent engagement, clear communication, effective change management, and alignment with stakeholder needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Ingredients:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, change management, supply chain, or related fields; PMP, Change Management certifications, or CPG supply chain experience preferred.
- Skilled negotiator with a client‑focused mindset, strong curiosity, and the ability to innovate and execute assigned ideas effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
