In the role of Procurement Analyst – Transportation, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the North America Procurement team.  The Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of key procurement data, including RFx and bid analysis, spend and volume analysis, and supplier scorecard data. You will use certain strategic sourcing principles including spend analysis, negotiation, risk mitigation, and supplier management.

This position reports to the Category Manager – Transportation and Logistics and works closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners.

   

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

•   Perform analysis in support of procurement initiatives, conduct RFPs, category strategies, supplier management, and/or Center of Excellence (COE) processes

•   Be a subject matter expert for Supply Chain Indirect Procurement regarding the vendor maintenance process, including answering questions and resolving issues with Global Vendor Team

•   Assist in supplier vetting process, maintaining carrier contact lists and RFP contact lists.

•   Regular communication with internal and external business partners and stakeholders regarding RFP status, vendor maintenance status & project updates.

•   Work with large data sets (both structured and unstructured) across multiple source systems for extraction, processing, exploration, and analysis

•   Support the Supply Chain Indirects Procurement Team with data and coordination of scorecards to support Supplier Relationship Management.

   

Key Ingredients: 

•   2 or more years of relevant experience in Procurement or Data Management

•   Strong analytical and problem solving, communication, and organizational skills

•    Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics experience is required

•   Experience with SAP, Ariba, shopping cart platforms is preferred

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $62,200.00 - $81,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
