The Headlines:  
As Analyst – Sustainable Procurement, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of a newly created team focused on Sustainable Procurement within the Americas Procurement function.  The Analyst – Sustainable Procurement is responsible for collecting and analyzing supplier data, industry data and Molson Coors spend data related to our Planet and People Sustainability goals. The position plays a critical role, creating dashboards to educate our internal stakeholders and translate suppliers’ sustainability progress against our environmental, social, and ethical sourcing commitments.


This position reports to the Senior Manager – Sustainable Procurement and works closely with Procurement category teams, our Molson Coors Sustainability function and supplier partners.


The Responsibilities: 

  • Collect supplier data and perform analysis in support of Planet Sustainable Procurement initiatives and commitments, such as progress against our Climate Action, Water Stewardship and Waste & Packaging targets
  • Develop and maintain Supplier Sustainability Fact Sheets to help educate Procurement teams and stakeholders and support opportunity identification to reach Sustainable Procurement commitments
  • Analyze spend and supplier data in support of People Sustainable Procurement initiatives and commitments such as Supplier Diversity and Responsible Sourcing
  • Develop dashboards to track progress by category, supplier, and/ or Sustainable Procurement commitment and feeds supplier scorecards and broader Molson Coors sustainability reports
  • Refine data collection methodologies and create a process of continuous improvement to track and share our sustainability data with greater frequency accurately
  • Work with large data sets (both structured and unstructured) across multiple source systems for extraction, processing, exploration, and analysis
  • Have a strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to consolidate multiple sources of information into a cohesive story
  • Work closely with Sustainable Procurement team, Procurement Category teams, Molson Coors Sustainability function, other Molson Coors stakeholders and suppliers



  • A bachelor’s degree or 2 or more years of relevant experience with preferred focus on Sustainable Procurement, Sustainability Management, or Environmental Science
  • Working knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP is preferred
  • Two or more years experience in data analytics, experience with relevant data sources including SAP, Ariba, Sedex, Supplier IQ is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and other analytics-based software (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-paced dynamic environment and prioritize workload to meet scheduling demands and timelines
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team-oriented environment, including at times with stakeholders around the globe
  • Demonstrated passion for our people, communities and planet and for working with suppliers
