In the role of Procurement Analyst – Supply Chain Indirects working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the North America Procurement team supporting the Industrial Services & Supplies (ISS) categories. You will own supplier scorecard design and delivery, analyze key procurement data and apply strategic sourcing principles such as spend analysis, negotiation support, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management.

This position reports to the Sr. Category Manager – Industrial Services & Supplies (ISS) and works closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:   

  • Lead supplier performance analytics & scorecards
    • Serve as SME in data and coordination of ISS supplier scorecards that drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and continuous improvement
    • Design, build, and maintain new CapEx scorecards for relevant projects
    • Develop KPI’s to ensure stakeholder engagement is maximized
  • Ariba process subject‑matter expert
    • Serve as the SME for SAP Ariba shopping cart approvals and stakeholder troubleshooting
    • Drive adherence to sourcing and P2P processes
  • Own a sub‑category: Product Destruction
    • Perform day‑to‑day category management of product destruction services, including category strategy execution, contract adherence, supplier relationship management, and stakeholder accountability
    • Support additional sub-categories once established in role
  • Aid in Supplier Relationship Management
    • Provide support to ISS & Capex teams for supplier segmentation, performance, QBR’s, risk mitigation & value creation
  • Deliver insights from large datasets
    • Run sourcing events & analyses for ISS team RFX activities (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
    • Extract, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data across multiple source systems to produce clear, actionable insights for business decisions
  • Communicate with impact
    • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and suppliers on SAP Ariba approvals, scorecards, category strategies, RFX’s, and project milestones.

 

Key Ingredients:

  • 2+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance/Analytics, or Data Management
  • Proficient in Power BI (dashboard creation), Excel (pivots, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in SAP and Ariba and shopping-cart platforms is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, exceptional attention to data accuracy, and excellent written/verbal communication with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, influence without authority, and collaborate effectively across functions and with suppliers

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $62,200.00 - $81,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
