The Headlines:

 

  • In the role of a Process Lead, Digital Systems you will maintain inputs/outputs/changes to update SAP T-Lanes and quotas as part of the overall supply planning process
  • Oversee the product hierarchy data integrity and work with cross-functional team to correct discrepancies.
  • Support week APO priority setup process and diversion set up process
  • Monitor weekly jobs to ensure effective run of the SAP APO deployment process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, demand planning, master data, finance, breweries, and supply chain leaders to ensure APO system accuracy
  • Lead and mentor digital analyst community-team with a focus on SAP
     

The Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the ongoing digital transformation agenda, driven, executing and identify strategic projects to support road map
  • Subject matter expert providing system/digital perspective to support companywide projects.
  • Strong collaboration and ability to mentor/guide digital systems analyst community
  • Ensure progressive collaborative relationships are in place with key cross functional CSE partners .
  • Support functional leaders needs in the areas of digital system maintenance, troubleshooting and systems optimization (Continuous improvement)
     

The Other Qualifications:
 

  • Analytical mindset able to drive change and improvement OF SC APO platform
  • Expert knowledge of Molson / SC APO/ECC platform with proven expertise on integration projects to enhance system capability's across the CSE supply chain functions
  • Project management skills to manage and support technical SAP implementations/enhancements
  • Able to lead the dialogue with CSE leadership team members to drive optimal APO system performance
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Sales, Production Planning, IT-Business process, preferably in the CPG industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Business, or a related discipline. MBA or APICS, SAP certification will be a plus
  • Experience working hand-on with analytical teams with a strong approach to root cause analysis and continuous improvement
