The Headlines

 

In the role of Process Lead- Beverage Supply Planning working in Milwaukee, you will monitor and manage Beverage shipment schedules and processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of product to support distribution. Ensure in network and distributor inventory and order levels are adequate to support retail objectives based on forecasted sales to retail. Monitor forecast accuracy and the impact to distributor’s days of inventory.

 

This position reports to the Manager Beverage Partner Supply Planning.

 

Job Summary

 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 3-5 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations. 
  • Develops and implements standard supply chain process and procedures that address product supply and availability. Expected to understand the principles of inventory control, forecast accuracy, and data management. Proactively monitor trends and patterns that may have impact on the MCBC distributor network. 
  • Leads a team of Beverage Supply Planning Analysts that deliver timely and accurate supply chain plans to meet S&OP targets and supply execution processes. Balances demand with production availability and manages exception processes to identify issues that require product to be sourced from an alternate source or DOI adjustments.
  • Work with peer group to develop and manage effective cross-functional processes, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Manufacturing or Business OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field.
  • You have at least 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain leadership experience
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain management, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, Sales & Consumer Goods industries
  • Experience working within a matrix environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Data Warehouse reporting and Excel is required.
  • SAP experience is preferred.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,600.00 - $124,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
