The Headlines:  


In the role of Manger IT Service Operations working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT team ensuring the efficient and effective operational governance of the ITIL based Change Management/Change Control processes across all IT Service Providers.  As the process owner for these ITIL processes, this position will oversee and measure how each external IT Service Provider executes the Molson Coors standard management process, ensuring that the process remains fit for purpose, and its execution delivers the desired outcomes.  This role will govern and maintain process excellence across all strategic service providers that deliver IT services to the company as well as several MCBC internal resources in ensuring adherence to controls and compliance.


The Responsibilities:


  • Define, govern, and enhance IT process methodologies, policies, and practices.  Ensure adherence and adoption of ITIL based practices, including processes for continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Ensure Process Execution Quality - Coordinate across IT and service providers to ensure process artifacts are classified correctly, to ensure prompt and accurate execution of ITIL processes, and to ensure execution is consistent with established standards. 
  • Ensure tools and technologies are efficient and correct.  Identify issues with execution of the tools and technologies that drive process and controls and ensures processes remain fit for purpose, align with the business, and follow industry best practices.
  • Ensure the ServiceNow implementation of Change Management/Change Control processes are correct and efficient.  Monitor the process to ensure efficiencies and identify areas of inefficiencies and define platform changes.  Ensures the design of the processes remain fit for purpose and align with the business and follow industry best practices.
  • Resolve ITIL service problems and escalate major issues through Service Operations management hierarchy as necessary.
  • Leadership reporting and dashboards for Change Management/Change Control including trend analysis.


The Other Qualifications:


  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have ITIL Foundations Certification and a thorough understanding of IT Operations, Service Management and ITIL best practices.  Knowledge of Change Management/Change Control processes.
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in IT
  • You have 2 years experiencing working with multiple 3rd­party service providers preferably in IT Service Operations
  • Understanding of IT Service Management activities
  • Preferred experience with DevSecOps methodology and delivery of services for Change Management/Change Control
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business.
