The Headlines
In the role of Governance Systems Manager working in Milwaukee Wi, you’ll work to develop, implement, maintain the system architecture, and applications necessary for running an integrated QEH&S and World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) management system for Molson Coors. You’ll administer and improve the infrastructure contained within the system. You’ll provide global functional leadership to regional and site systems resources. You will develop reporting and analysis tools. Act as a liaison with the supplier for emerging applications and trends in a QEHS to ensure continuous improvements for GovernIT.
Responsibilities
- To develop, implement, improve and maintain the global infrastructure system and applications necessary for running an integrated QEH&S management system for Molson Coors supply chain (GovernIT.) Provide up to date version of the following applications, document management, audits, health & safety applications, corrective actions/reporting, etc. for the business. Maintain strong communication and relationship with IT to ensure EDIS links are working as expected. Main system will also support the World Class Supply Chain tools and infrastructure
- To review the future needs of the business and continue to set the global strategy for GovernIT. Ensure strong stakeholder relationships across the business unit and with Intelex.
- Provide support and guidance to the business units to ensure that the system is fit for its purpose for all appropriate departments. Accomplished through the helpdesk, coding, maintenance of system including patch testing and implementation of new functionality. Support business unit with a global training strategy.
- Lead the global systems team by coaching, developing and support in delivery of change projects for systems interfacing with Supply Chain and effective administration of the systems. Provide reports and dashboards to key stakeholders as required. Keep up to date with new functionality by conducting an annual review with the supplier.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 8-10 years of industry experience in QEH&S systems role in a production site.
- Experience working in operations, either production, quality, or EHS
- High School diploma required, bachelors degree preferred.
