The Headlines:


In the role of a Logistics Analyst, SAP TM System Data your are responsible for the following:


  • Review business share error spool files each week after the batch job executes and process allocation adjustments prior to upcoming load builder run. Calculate and document missing distance and duration values for the supply planning team as new lanes are created.
  • Upload broadcast carrier changes in TM timely as requested. Coordinate and assist with  vendor setup in YP9 for new carriers. Create freight agreement, rate tables, calculation sheets, conditions, lanes, and condition tables required for TM execution and payment.
  • Assist with coordination of system maintenance activities to ensure change requests on carrier allocations or services are implemented timely based upon business requirements
  • Support analytics and recommendations to Logistics management that result in the development of programs and initiatives reducing cost.
  • Assist with research and troubleshoot freight payment, shipment reconciliation issues and resolve lanes without rates from the kick out reports.
  • Coordinate setup of new users with access to the collaboration portal. Troubleshoot problems for active BPN users.


The Other Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Research or another relevant field.
