In the role of Senior Logistics Analyst – Beyond Beer working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Customer Supply Excellence team.  You will serve as the transportation partner supporting our third-party distribution (3PL) network.

 You will enable strong service, inventory integrity, and cost control through data-driven insights, financial discipline, and hands-on operational partnership.

 This position reports to the North America DC and Warehouse Manager and works closely with our customer supply teams, finance and procurement partners. 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Responsible for sourcing and executing multiple modes of transportation (LTL, FTL) to support the delivery of non-alc. products and spirits from pickup to delivery.
  • Leverage SAP-ECC and TM to manage domestic non-alc. and spirits shipments.
  • Support cross-border shipments of non-alc. products using freight procurement platforms to receive, approve and tender shipments.
  • Hold transportation vendors accountable to scheduled pickup and delivery times/MABDs.
  • Create and utilize dashboards to track key carrier performance metrics while providing insight into trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Customer Service and Supply Planning teams to problem solve tactical route to market challenges and implement process improvements.
  • Leverage SAP-ECC and TM to manage domestic non-alc. and spirits shipments.
  • Utilize SAP and 3PL portals to investigate and resolve warehouse inventory and shipment discrepancies.
  • Actively supports warehousing and transportation financial initiatives to ensure budgeted expenses remain at target.

 

Key Ingredients:

  • 3+ Years transportation experience, preferably in the beverage industry and/or consumer products.
  • Either possess a bachelor’s degree in Transportation Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business OR have equivalent work experience.
  • Strong data analytical skills with ability to utilize different elements of technical data to deliver suggestions to optimize our distribution network.
  • Excellent PC (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and analytical skills; experience in Business Objects and SAP are highly desirable.
  • Ability to identify and understand the financial levers that drive Molson Coors, 3PLs, and carriers to maximize service and volume.
  • Proven track record in supplier relationship management

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $62,200.00 - $81,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
