Crafted Highlights:    

In the role of Line Lead – Utilities working in MIlwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Utilities Team in Brewery Operations. You will lead, coach and motivate a technical team in the historic Milwaukee Brewery. You will manage and optimize the central utilities of the brewery.   Our Central Utilities team is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the following: 

  • CO2 collection and distribution 

  • Plant Compressed Air 

  • Steam extraction and distribution – including our relationship with ENGIE (our local CoGen power plant/boiler O&MSA partners) 

  • Electrical Distribution 

  • NH3 refrigeration system (Including PSM) 

  • Cooling water 

This position reports to the Unit Manager – Utilities and works closely with Brewery Workers and other Process Leaders.  

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 

  • Facilitate and contribute to technical troubleshooting for process equipment. 

  • Lead, manage, and coach maintenance plans/asset care 

  • Deliver cost and productivity through controlling/managing a budget 

  • Drive continuous improvement and lead technical problem solving 

  • Lead team performance, talent, and career management and create a culture of employee engagement. 

  • Lead and coordinate efforts in safety and housekeeping.

  • Technical experience with process equipment (troubleshooting, maintenance, etc). Prefer to find an individual in the food & beverage industry, utilities, oil & gas, or chemical plant environment. 

  • Prefer to have a bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical discipline OR thorough industry/practical experience. 

  • Turnaround/maintenance planning is a plus and working with maintenance/operational crews. 

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities 

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome   

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments   

  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $84,000.00 - $110,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
