In the role of the IT Security Awareness Partner, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Information Technology Security team. This role is crucial in enhancing our organization's cybersecurity posture by developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security awareness programs. The IT Security Awareness Partner will focus on training employees in security best practices, measuring the effectiveness of these initiatives, and continuously improving our defenses against cyber threats.

 

This global role reports to the Sr Manager of Cybersecurity Controls & Compliance. You will collaborate closely with departments such as Communications, Learning & Development, IT Security, and other key stakeholders. Your mission is to understand the organizational environment and develop tailored communications and training programs that engage employees, fostering vigilance and promoting proper security behaviors.

 

What You'll Be Brewing :  

·         Design and deliver engaging security awareness training tailored to various roles within the organization. Ensure content is up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats. Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information and engage diverse audiences.

·         Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to senior management.

·         Foster a culture of security by promoting best practices and encouraging proactive behavior among employees. Provide guidance on recognizing and responding to potential threats.

·         Deliver security awareness and training commitments aligned to security initiatives and operate with a high degree of autonomy to achieve business results. The role will be expected to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines and exhibit strong decision making capability by leveraging analytical skills to make informed decisions

·         Ability to influence leadership and employees to adopt and implement strategic IT security training objectives, fostering behavior changes that enhance the enterprise's cybersecurity posture. Success in this role requires building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with IT teams and various business functions, each with their unique needs.   

  

Key Ingredients: 

·         You have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related fields, OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in IT Training and Awareness.

·         You have experience in building enterprise training or developing security awareness programs.

·         You have experience with e-learning platforms and tools.

·         You have certifications such as Sec+, CISM, CISSP (preferred)

·         You have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements. 

·         You have the ability to develop and deliver security awareness training programs and learning plans tailored to various business areas.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $92,100.00 - $120,900.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
