The Headlines:   

In the role of IBP Process Analyst working in Milwaukee you will be responsible for setting agenda, planning, scheduling, and facilitating execution /governance of the America cyclical IBP meetings. The IBP Process Analyst manages cross functional planning and pre-meetings with Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders.


This position reports to Dir, NA Integrated Business Planning.


The Responsibilities: 

  • Leveraging, standards, templates, and tools to monitor, support, maintain and improve the process ongoing and deliver against its set objectives.
  • Reviews open action items from previous cycles and drives for completion as necessary that supports our IPB Process (Game Planning) and interacts additional commercial processes
  • Ownership and governance, monitoring of stakeholder adherence to process. Provides support for E2E process management and improvement
  • Partner with the JBP manager to effectively plan, and drive scheduling synergies with various commercial process meetings
  • Partner with IBP Managers to support champion best in class support for stakeholders’ inclusive ownership over IBP Training and onboarding for new and existing employees


The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have at least 5+ years of process management / governance and facilitation
  • Broad-based business experience and expertise across supply chain functions and interconnectivity
  • Background in project and or process management with track record of successfully implementing change
  • Strong organization skills, planning and scheduling meetings with the ability to drive and facilitate discussions with leaders at all levels
  • Ability to train and maintain governance of processes within large matrixed organizations
  • Awareness of high level business strategy to be able to execute the process in support of this strategy
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
