Crafted Highlights:
The GPO Manager - Supply Planning role, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a position within the GPO Plan to Deliver (PTD) team. This role owns Supply Planning end-to-end, owns Networks Ops, and serves as a cross-functional support for Scheduling and Customer Service — with flexible capacity into Non-Alc/Bev Planning and Demand Planning as the broader Planning portfolio evolves.

In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager GPO – Plan to Deliver (PTD) and work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including our Demand Planning, Scheduling, Warehouse, and IT organizations, as well as our ongoing GEM (S/4HANA) upgrade program.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Owning end-to-end Supply Planning process governance, execution, and continuous improvement across our global operations
  • Owning Networks Ops and serving as cross-functional support for Scheduling and Customer Service, with flexible capacity into Non-Alc/Bev Planning and Demand Planning
  • Building relationships across business units, breweries, and GPO teams to implement global process standards and share best practices
  • Leading a network of process experts to support sustainment — ensuring operating procedures, training materials, and governance stay aligned with process changes
  • Partnering on our GEM (S/4HANA) upgrade program, with dedicated focus on US Supply Planning.
  • Monitoring, managing, and reporting on solution adoption metrics and KPIs in partnership with other GPO process teams
  • Working with business partners and technology resources to evaluate and approve enhancements to current systems
  • Implementing our sustainment methodology and principles in line with Molson Coors strategy

 

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business, supply chain, or IT
  • 3+ years of experience in a supply planning operations role required
  • Hands-on experience with SAP APO (Supply Network Planning, Demand Planning, gATP)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred, as we transition through our GEM (S/4HANA) upgrade program
  • Familiarity with the o9 planning platform preferred
  • Experience with Coupa a plus
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Experience influencing change across functions and managing teams that do not report to you
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in virtual teams in a matrixed, fast-paced organization; a self-starter comfortable working independently across multiple deliverables
  • Strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $84,000.00 - $110,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
