Financial Risk Manager

The Financial Risk Manager (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC in Milwaukee, WI will develop, recommend, and execute derivative strategies to manage market risk related to manufacturing beverages. Develop existing tools and processes to continuously improve financial results related to risk management. Ensure compliance with risk management policies, corporate controls, and external regulations. Partner across global teams to manage processes for identifying and forecasting financial market risks. Support business units with market intelligence and financial analysis. Report results and expectations in presentations to the Financial Risk Management Committee and senior leadership, including the board of directors. May telecommute up to 2 days per week.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years in a professional financial analysis, or related, occupation. Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: (1) financial derivative hedges; (2) SOX controls; (3) Microsoft Excel, including manage and analyze large datasets, create macros, create dynamic reports using pivot tables, automate tasks, and build charts and graphs; (4) written and verbal presentations, including Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualization tools; and, (5) analyze financial models and develop insights to resolve problems. Must have CFA, CPA, or CTP.
