The Headlines:
As the Americas FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Americas planning, forecasting and consolidation processes for the P&L, along with reporting for the Finance Leadership Team and Senior Executives. This position will also support the Investor Relations team on quarterly earnings releases via reporting and analysis. The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with various Finance divisions is key to the position.
The role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and reports to our FP&A Senior Manager, Americas.
The Responsibilities:
- Assists the Americas financial P&L forecast consolidation and reporting to senior management via the monthly LT deck and financial reporting for the Board of Directors
- Establishes and maintains key relationships with finance personnel throughout business
- Supports annual planning processes to deliver the financial Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the Americas business unit
- Summarizes and prepares budget information for presentation to Senior Executives
- Aids in compiling earnings documents (Earnings Release, Q&A) used for senior management reporting and press releases
- Supports the investor relations area with earning analysis and other ad hoc requests including conducting fact checking for all assertions to be made externally in earnings materials
- Supports accounting with 10-K/Q analysis
The Other Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in finance OR equivalent experience (2+ years) in related field
- You have experience with SAP/Business Warehouse, advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office
- You have prior budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience
- You have a strong understanding of financial statements
- You have excellent communication and influencing skills
- You possess the ability to think strategically and execute in the details
- You are a solid team member with collaboration skills and ability to work in fast paced environment
- You have experience with Tableau and Anaplan software tools is a plus
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
