In the role of Facilities Projects & Services Coordinator working in Milwaukee, WI you will manage the team responsible for implementing the Milwaukee campus mailroom and shipping & receiving procedures with an emphasis on third party vendor processes, cost efficiency and customer valued services. This role is a key contributor to the third-party janitorial services process and responsible for coordinating and communicating supplemental services to uphold the Milwaukee offices environment including special project cleaning, pest control, walk-mat systems, recycling and waste control.
This position reports to the Manager Corporate Services and is responsible for developing and implementing assigned projects in support of the Milwaukee campus office facilities capital and expense plan to consistently drive facilities upkeep and improvements.
What You'll Be Brewing:
- Manage two direct reports in the delivery of services and support of mail and package handling for the Milwaukee campus.
- Onsite Position, Monday-Friday, days.
- Assist the Manager Corporate Services with miscellaneous facilities services and general facility initiatives.
- Scope and develop small-scale capitol project requests under the direction of the corporate facilities services manager.
- Develop, manage, and execute the office waste and recycling program with a drive towards improvements to sustainable solutions aligned to company zero waste to landfill and recycling initiatives.
- Provide facilities safety support in an active team role with building fire alarm systems training and vendor interface, emergency plans, safety audits and 3rd party facilities inspections.
- Conduct site reviews and audits of building conditions, be a proactive facilities team lead identifying equipment and conditions needing attention.
- Create guidelines and procedures for facilities services and operations and communicate with these stakeholders.
Key Ingredients:
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years in facilities services coordination.
- Strong knowledge of general facilities maintenance, services, and systems with abilities to grasp and implement technical solutions.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $62,200.00 - $81,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
