The Headlines: 

 

In the role of Extra Help Staff working in Chippewa Falls, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain team. 

 

This position will report to a member of our management team and works closely with other members of the brewery team, including leaders and brewery line staff. Great opportunity to gain experience in the manufacturing industry and also, to tap in to career advancement opportunities within the company (ex. Technician, Student Professional, etc.).

 

Extra Help employees are paid $17.00 an hour and must be comfortable on all shifts. 4 day work days- Monday through Thursday. 

 

The Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for variety of duties assigned, ranging from brewing, racking, packaging, shipping, maintenance, and/or housekeeping 
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills that are required to effectively interact with other staff 
  • Completing project work around the brewery and grounds as needed 

 

 

The Other Qualifications:

 

  • You have a high school diploma and are at minimum 18 years of age
  • You are able to work within a fast-paced, team based environment.
  • You are able to meet and are comfortable with the physical requirements of the position: able to lift and carry 50 lb. loads while utilizing hoists for positioning of heavier loads; frequent lifting, bending, and pulling; some stair climging; some use of ladders 
  • You are comfortable being assigned to any shift, including occasional overtime including weekends
  • The position is part of a union bargaining unit, represented by the Teamsters Local 662
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome 

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
