Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Ethics and Compliance Specialist working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Americas Legal, Ethics & Compliance and Government Affairs team. As the SME for ethics and compliance topics, you are the central source of knowledge on systems, processes, procedures, and training and communication resources, as well as project work related to various programs and initiatives.
The position reports and provides support to the Director Ethics & Compliance in executing both regional and program initiatives aimed at mitigating compliance risk and managing inquiries and issues in the Americas region.
What You’ll Be Brewing:

Support policy management, which will include owning the update schedule, coordination and alignment with cross-functional stakeholder groups for reviews and updates. Will also include assisting in identifying and editing necessary policies to further the compliance objectives of the company.

Draft/create, update and/or lead employee trainings.
- Supports management, development of technical requirements, and process improvements for E&C systems and tools.

Support third-party due diligence review and maintenance to include collecting, analyzing and organizing key materials for reports on both initial vetting as well as audits.

Coordinate projects related to various aspects of the ethics and compliance program (e.g., data privacy, anti-corruption, investigations, anti-competition, records management, etc.)
Key Ingredients:

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of ethics & compliance, internal audit, legal, or human resources.

You have 1 to 3 years of relevant ethics and compliance experience, including experience supporting investigations and management of ethics and compliance related issues.

Strong organizational and communication skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint.

You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $60,900.00 - $80,000.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
