The Headlines:
The Electrician Apprenticeship is a (5) year apprenticeship. The position pays at a rate of $27.11 per hour with incremental pay increases based on completed program hours.
This is an excellent opportunity to complete your Journeyman’s card requirements and learn firsthand from skilled Electrician Journeymen.
This position reports to Manager Asset Care.
The Responsibilities:
- Attend 4-year Hybrid program consisting of on-site learning and academic program at Waukesha County Technical College
- Required to sign a 4-year commitment upon completion of the apprenticeship program
The Other Qualifications:
- You have a minimum High School Diploma or GED and must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to work all three shifts is critical
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds
- Must be able to work at various heights (ladders, lifts, etc.)
- You love a challenge! You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
- You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
