Crafted Highlights:
In the role of EHS Business Partner working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain Sustainability and EHS Team. You will help drive a people-first EHS program across the Americas, providing corporate EHS support to the smaller breweries and corporate locations and functions. You will support the implementation of the EHS regulatory compliance audit program at the small breweries and corporate locations and is a member of the Americas World Class Supply Chain regional EHS Pillar team. You will also support the implementation of corporate EHS standards to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce risk.
This position reports to the Americas EHS Director and works closely with cross functional teams within Supply Chain and EHS.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
EHS Program Implementation (Americas Focus)
- Develop, implement, and oversee program elements that promote a safe and healthy workplace
- Own the Milwaukee Corporate office Emergency Response & Planning policy
- Drive continuous improvement of emergency preparedness and response practices at corporate offices
- Support incident investigations, action planning, and tracking in EHS systems (e.g., GovernIT/Intelex) for all corporate incidents
- Conduct risk assessments and promote environmental stewardship
- Execute initiatives to minimize risk and ensure compliance
- Provide EHS support to:
- Small breweries at stadiums
- Corporate functions and locations
- Barley elevators, maltings, and Quality Tech Center
- Help reduce top risks (ergonomics, slips/trips/falls, procedural gaps)
- Promote occupational health and wellbeing
- Support development and delivery of corporate EHS training programs
- Collaborate across all levels to elevate EHS awareness
Culture & Engagement
- Implement EHS culture initiatives across the Americas:
- Safety stand-downs (proactive & reactive)
- Awareness campaigns (safety moments, EHS fairs, best practice sharing)
- Employee engagement events (Earth Day/Month, Our Imprint Month)
- Manage employee-facing EHS content:
- EHS PubTalk
- Onboarding materials and resources
WCSC Regional EHS Pillar
- Serve as a regional Americas EHS pillar team member
- Own daily management systems as needed
- Support:
- Weekly pillar calls
- Capability-building initiatives
- Health checks and phase assessments
Key Ingredients:
- In-depth knowledge of, and staying up to date on, local, state, and federal EHS regulations
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Health & Safety, Health & Safety Management, Engineering OR equivalent experience (5+ years) in a related field
- You have 5+ years of experience in EHS roles within industry developing and implementing EHS programs, conducting risk assessments and audits, and managing regulatory compliance; advanced knowledge of EHS regulations in the US and/or Canada.
- You have strong analytical skills to assess risks, analyze EHS data, and make decisions based on findings; identify patterns and trends in detailed and complex data
- You are able to lead through influence to and motivate employees and leaders at all levels of the organization to adhere to EHS protocols, and implement new policies and procedures effectively
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills are vital to convey complex information clearly and concisely to individuals at all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and compliance
- You are adept at identifying issues and developing and implementing practical solutions
- You are able to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines with a keen attention to detail
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as various software tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation
- You are able to travel internationally; 25% travel expectation
- French-Canadian language skills a plus

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
