In the role of  EHS Business Partner- Sr. Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain Sustainability and EHS Team  You will  be responsible for implementing the EHS regulatory compliance audit program and is a key member of the Americas World Class Supply Chain EHS Pillar team, leading phase assessments and health checks, and delivering capability building for the Americas network. This role owns the development and implementation of corporate EHS standards to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce risk, including but limited to, incident management, working at heights, LOTOTO, confined space entry, PPE, etc.

 

This position reports to the Americas EHS Director and works closely with cross functional teams within Supply Chain and EHS.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Driving the EHS program across the Americas, with a focus on manufacturing sites and direct distribution operations
  • Developing, implementing and overseeing program elements aimed at promoting a safe and healthy working environment
  • Provide primary corporate EHS support to large breweries, container plants and direct distribution operations
  • Implement the Americas EHS regulatory compliance program
  • Oversee the adherence to EHS standards, regulations and processes, providing guidance and training, and addressing non-conformances
  • Serve as key member of the (WCSC) Regional EHS Pillar
  • Own pillar Standard Work Practices and Daily Management Systems that drive out losses at manufacturing sites.
  • Ability to travel internationally; 25% travel expectation

Key Ingredients: 

  • In-depth knowledge of, and staying up to date on, local, state, and federal EHS regulations
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Health & Safety, Health & Safety Management OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in a related field 
  • You have at least 8+ years experience in EHS leadership roles within industry developing and implementing EHS programs, conducting risk assessments and audits, and managing regulatory compliance
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings$127,400.00 - $167,200.00 (posting salary range) + 20target short term incentive +  target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
