Crafted Highlights:
The Director, NA Materials Planning sits out of our Milwaukee, Wi Brewery, and leads the development and execution of an integrated material supply plans across North America, ensuring material availability that supports customer demand. The role partners closely with other teams within CSE, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Brewery Operations to drive the IBP process, align material requirements and influence key business decisions. This role is accountable for advancing MRP systems, processes and capabilities while establishing a strong cross-functional relationship across all the key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Leads Materials Planning process for the purpose of developing and executing integrated product supply plans across MolsonCoors breweries and company operations.
- Provides materials plans to Supply Chain Leadership, Finance and Procurement Teams
- Leads direct and develops managers in support of execution of our supply chain, forecasting, and operations support activities.
- Ensures team is focused, well-trained for delivering expected business results
- Leads the definition of future state materials requirement planning (MRP) processes and systems for the enterprise to include the integration between planning systems (o9, SAP ECC) and executional systems (MCMS, PackAS, EWM)
- Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholder, both inside and outside of CSE to include Sales, Marketing Finance, Procurement, and Brewery Operations.
- Provides inputs and insight to support the IBP process
Key Ingredients:
- Minimum 8 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or related field
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in Supply Chain management, Brewery Operations, Production Planning, Forecasting, etc
- Embraces Strategic thought leadership, has credibility to influence leaders in order to deliver value added solutions
- Ability to partner across multiple cross functional teams
- Ability to build strategic partnerships with Suppliers and Procurement
- Ability to analyze complex supply chain scenarios with clear direction and understanding
- Ability to communicate to all levels of staff
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Ability to build strong strategic partnerships with external stakeholders

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $130,000.00 - $170,600.00 (posting salary range) + 25% target short term incentive + $30,000 + 600 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
