The Headlines:

As a Customer Supply Intern, you will be part of the Customer Supply Excellence organization and gain exposure to a variety of functions across the end-to-end supply chain. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams within the Supply & Service supporting US, Canada and LATAM, Beverage & Supply Chain Partnerships, Logistics, Strategy & Optimization, and Digital Enablement, while contributing to initiatives that drive business performance and operational excellence.

 

In this role, you will help drive value across key stakeholder groups by supporting initiatives that enhance service, financial performance, and product supply outcomes. Projects may include developing dashboards and scorecards to improve visibility of key metrics and product trends, optimizing planning processes and systems, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation that streamline, standardize, and sustain best practices across the supply chain organization.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Support business objectives by completing assigned projects, analyses, and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, solve problems, and contribute to team initiatives.
  • Learn and apply company processes, systems, and industry knowledge to deliver high-quality work.
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, networking events, and professional development opportunities.
  • Present project results, recommendations, and key learnings while demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and continuous growth.

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Power Apps
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Drive and a bias for action
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
