In the role of Customer Supply Analyst, based in Milwaukee, WI, you will be a key contributor within the Beverage Supply Chain Organization. You will manage forecasts, inventory, customer orders, shipment visibility, and demand analysis for a defined network of customers, distribution centers, import partners, contract partners, and field sales and marketing teams.This role also plays a critical part in incubation initiatives, supporting the onboarding of new brands, partners, and processes while ensuring acceptable supply continuity and service performance.Success in this position requires a strong focus on value creation for internal and external stakeholders. You will actively represent the customer point of view on initiatives and issues impacting service and supply, while partnering cross‑functionally with co‑manufacturing, distribution center teams, and internal stakeholders to consistently meet or exceed service, financial, and product availability goals.

This position reports to Process Lead, Beverage Customer Supply supporting NonAlc &Incubation Integration, working closely with the Distributors, Sales Operations, Commercial and Distribution Teams.

What You’ll Be Brewing 

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure product requirements are met and service expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Support customer order processes end to end, proactively communicating outcomes, risks, and gaps against targets.
  • Partner with Senior Supply Planning Analysts to develop, maintain, and execute timely and accurate supply chain plans that balance financial performance, quality, service, productivity, and business growth objectives across short- and long-term horizons.
  • Support incubation and emerging brands by learning, documenting, and executing evolving processes; develop actionable supply plans and recommend sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Make timely, data-driven decisions to resolve customer, internal, and external stakeholder issues with a strong sense of urgency, while fostering collaborative, cross-functional relationships.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of forecasting, ordering, and reporting systems supporting beverage brands.Prepare and deliver routine and ad hoc supply chain reports, summaries, and analytics for internal and external stakeholders to support visibility and decision-making.   

 

Key Ingredients: 

  •  Excellent PC (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Outlook) and analytical skills, experience in Business Objects and SAP are highly desirable
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field OR equivalent work experience.1-3 years of experience in Supply Planning and/or Customer Service
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $62,200.00 - $81,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
