Headlines:

In the role of Culture & Engagement Specialist, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will drive the development, design, and implementation of initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture, and enhance the ability to recruit, develop and retain a high-performing, diverse workforce. The role reports to the Culture & Engagement Manager and works closely work with cross functional partners and reports to the senior leadership team on the metrics/success of the program as aligned with the North America culture & engagement roadmap and action plan.

 

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Execute a strategic plan to enhance inclusion and belonging for the Americas to support and enhance the attraction and retention of a diverse workforce.
  • Drive business resource group (BRG) strategy, intentionally connecting to the overall priorities of the business and utilizing BRGs to drive our business forward.
    • Influence leaders to help drive business through focused group initiatives, lead and collaborate on program plan for employees across the Americas
    • Coordinate the development of new BRGs and Employee Circles, manage external BRG membership platform, regularly review, and enhance group guidelines and recognition opportunities
    • Manage professional development programs for BRG leaders and monitor metrics to track membership and engagement progress
  • In partnership with Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition and our BRGs, manage inclusion and belonging communications development, processes and execution to continue to amplify the stories of our employees and continue to build our inclusive culture
  • Manage day to day processes related to the Empathy Experience programming in the US and Canada including calendar and scheduling management for facilitators and participants
  • Stay in tune with industry trends to effectively influence training and learning experiences for employees to increase awareness and cultural competency.

 

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a minimum of three (3) years of DEI, HR, or program management experience; with a full or partial focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • You have experience managing business resource groups (BRGs).
  • You love a challenge and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You have a flexible work style to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes with a strong sense of urgency.             
  • You are comfortable influencing without authority.        
  • You are an excellent communicator (written and oral) with the ability to manage messaging and can comfortably present to leaders at all levels.
  • You build relationships and collaborate across geographies to get to the desired outcome.
