The Headlines:

As a Commercial IT Intern, you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns.  The internship is a full-time summer position from May 28 - August 8 (U.S. interns).

 

Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.

 

The Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team at Molson Coors as an intern, where you’ll work closely with our commercial solution architecture and agile DevOps commercial tech teams. These teams collaborate with our sales and marketing departments to develop and enhance solutions that meet our business needs leveraging a highly interconnected set of technologies including Salesforce.com, Mulesoft, Teradata, Shopify, GitHub, DataBricks, JIRA and more.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architecture and Agile DevOps teams, working alongside sales and marketing and assist in documenting key inputs as part of the technical design process.
  • Review and audit design documentation in Confluence and JIRA, ensuring completeness and following up with key contacts.
  • Create system reports to support the monitoring of overall health of the ecosystem.
  • Participate in an Agile DevSecOps product team and support improving quality by assisting with bug and incident remediation.

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science – relevant studies in STEM related degrees also applicable
  • You are curious, adaptable and willing to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Prior Salesforce.com experience a plus but not required
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) experience is strongly preferred
  • Software development experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Thrives in ambiguous situations
