Crafted Highlights:
This position reports to the Procurement Director – Co-Man & Partnerships and is based in Milwaukee, WI office. This key role on the North American Procurement team will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, supplier relationship management and supporting the Commercial and Supply Chain organizations engaging in non-traditional routes to market. Categories include broadline distribution agreements, 1st Party and 3rd Party distribution model contracts as growing channels for Molson Coors Beverage Company to sell its Non-Alc products in new retail marketplace, (e.g. outside direct to Molson Coors beer wholesaler).
The ideal candidate for this role brings a passion for team leadership, business partnership and creative problem solving. This role requires a high level of expertise in contractual terms & agreements with external vendors, strategic sourcing principles, the procure-to-pay process and the ability to partner closely with internal stakeholders in order to meet the complex needs of the business.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Refine transformative Non-Alc RTM onboarding of new customers and simplified ways of working with stakeholders
- Maintain Customer Matrix for CFT
- Map contract lifecycle with Sales/Commercial to define Procurement’s role and establish guardrails for managing exceptions
- Create scorecards to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with IT to build a centralized repository for Non-Alc customer documents, contracts, and requirements; Includes stakeholder notification workflows for requirement changes
- Fosters stronger customer partnerships
- Ensure new customer contract, compliance & requirements are reviewed with stakeholders prior to onboarding
- Create measurements to reduce customer fines & fee’s & report on savings opportunity
- Responsible to deliver cost savings, cost avoidance and other measures of financial value for $2-$5M in TPFV savings
- Role will drive Annual Operating Plan / Long Range Planning for Non-Alc RTM
- Responsible for supply continuity and escalation for service, quality, contractual issues
- Support key customer and stakeholder negotiations, conduct sourcing events & category strategy reviews
Key Ingredients:
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in Procurement
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience building a category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiation skills
- Experience in RTM beverage distribution and fast-moving sales channels in multi-national environment
- Experience in beverage or fast-moving consumer goods in a multi-national environment preferred

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $111,900.00 - $146,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
