The Business Process Excellence (BPE) Team at Molson Coors is looking for a dynamic, innovative, process-focused professional who can sustain and improve our processes and solutions on a global scale.

The Business Process Manager – Strategic Partnerships, IBP, and Supply Chain Digital & Performance, based in Milwaukee, WI, is a critical role within our Business Process Excellence (BPE) team. This role is designed for a forward-thinking process leader who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and is passionate about driving supply chain strategy, digital enablement, and integrated business planning.

You will be at the forefront of developing processes for new brand channels like non-alc and spirits.  You’ll lead initiatives across strategic partnerships, integrated planning, and performance management, bringing together people, processes, and digital tools to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes. You’ll engage with stakeholders across supply chain, commercial, finance, and IT, ensuring alignment with our global standards while supporting continuous improvement and innovation.

The Responsibilities:

  • Champion and drive adoption of the BPE governance framework across strategic partnership initiatives including non-alc and spirits product channels, digital planning systems, and performance programs.
  • Act as the business process lead for strategic partnerships including non-alc and spirits, including co-manufacturing, co-packing, and licensed partner operations, focusing on process standardization, visibility, and executional excellence.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and sustainment of efficient partner-facing processes, ensuring alignment with internal systems and customer service expectations.
  • Develop optimum Order-to-Cash processes for both non-alc and spirits brand channels with existing Distributor as well as emerging routes-to-market for Direct-to-Retail, Broadliner and Ecommerce.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams focused on transforming Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the design, execution, and sustainment of supply chain digital tools (e.g., forecasting, planning, KPI dashboards).
  • Foster strong relationships with third-party partners and internal stakeholders to enable seamless execution and data transparency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the partner value chain, identifying and eliminating process bottlenecks and manual work.
  • Own performance management reporting and insights, identifying value realization opportunities, and tracking benefits delivered.
  • Support change management and training efforts to ensure successful adoption of process enhancements across business units.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and IT to ensure master data integrity, tool integration, and business process alignment.

 

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, business process management, or strategic planning.
  • Proven experience leading integrated planning processes (IBP/S&OP) and cross-functional digital transformation efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • SAP experience (ECC, APO, IBP) and familiarity with planning and forecasting platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $82,300.00 - $108,000.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
