<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Business Process Manager – Order to Cash, working in Milwaukee, WI, is a position within the Business Process Excellence (BPE) group focused on the Canadian order to cash processes associated with order management, billing, rebates, and pricing.  The role will drive operational efficiencies and financial returns by continuously improving our processes.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This position reports to the Business Process Owner – Canada, and works closely with the Canadian Finance, Global Business Services, and Sales & Distribution teams to drive consistent methodology, to ensure standardization of process to provide sound foundations for future improvements.  You will also be required to work alongside future transformational projects to deliver a culture change program across the North American business.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Responsibilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Transformation of order to cash processes to create simple, standard and lean end-to-end business processes
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Stabilize process integration between Canadian business stakeholders, and global business service centers
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Fully involved in the energizing and adoption of the BPE framework and governance, across the areas of the business, related to order management, billing, reverse logistics, pricing and relevant master data
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Driving ‘end-to-end’ business ownership of Process, Data, Roles & Reporting
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Seeking out and solutioning continuous improvement to realize benefits including participation in projects as well as small enhancements
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Implementing our sustainment methodology and principles in line with Molson Coors strategy
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop control plans to measure the effectiveness of changes/improvements ensuring that each of the functions involved within the project understand how each other’s actions impact the broader business as a whole
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ensure consistency of all project outputs e.g. documentation, reports, methodology and assess impacts across other value streams
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Partner with other process teams to monitor, manage and report on solutions adoption metrics and KPIs.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assist with defining new requirements associated with enterprise-wide integration projects
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support new product initiatives to ensure business processes and solutions are accurate and well defined

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years in Finance, Supply Chain or IT
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience working in a global team
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">SAP functional experience where applicable (ECC-SD, CRM, APO)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives across cross functional teams
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization and fast paced environment
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Interpersonal savvy –work collaboratively and build relationships with all customers with diverse cultures, geographies, and personalities
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical analysis to solve difficult problems
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bilingual in both English and French Canadian preferred
