Business Process Manager - Order Management

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Are you ready for a career in beer?  We have formed a new team called Business Process Excellence (BPE) in Global Business Services (GBS).  Molson Coors is looking for a dynamic, innovative, process-focused professional who can sustain and improve our processes and solutions on a global scale (a.k.a Sustainability in UK and Canada or Sustainment at Molson Coors Beverage Company).  The Business Process Manager OM (Order Management) will help to shape the future of How We Work around the US and the world.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">What you’ll do:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Build relationships and liaise with business units, expert users, GBS centers and their leaders to implement global process standards while continuously sharing best practices and identifying opportunities to improve our Order Management(Domestic/Export/Import) & Load Consolidation processes and enhance distributor service and order fulfillment.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Involvement and support in energizing the adoption of the BPE framework and governance, across the areas of the business, related to Order Management/Load Consolidation and relevant master data (such as Customer Material Information Record (CMIR)).
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Lead a network of Expert Users to support sustainment.  Ensure operating procedures are established to support execution and adoption; training materials are created and/or maintained to align with process changes.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Create a seamless and positive internal and external customer and distributor experience. This involves proactively seeking and actioning feedback from key stakeholders.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Provide leadership and support to Breweries, the Customer Service Excellence organization and other business functions with consistent process enhancements and solution adoption.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This role will drive operational efficiencies and financial returns both globally and regionally by continuously improving our processes.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Partner with other process teams to monitor, manage, and report on solution adoption metrics and KPIs.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Provide key support to any integration efforts.

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">What you should have:<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Education

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management or IT

 

Experience:

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">3 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Supply Chain Management with understanding of end-to-end processes
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">SAP functional experience where applicable (ECC, CRM, APO, EM, GATP, Load Optimization tools, EWM)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience leading continuous improvements initiatives across cross functional teams

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Skills

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in relevant SAP modules will be a major plus
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization and fast paced environment
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Interpersonal savvy –work collaboratively and build relationships with all customers with diverse cultures, geographies, and personalities.
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Teamwork capabilities are critical
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical analysis to solve difficult problems
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Flexibility, high integrity and the ability to handle confidential information
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with the DRIVE (Distributor Ordering) tool is a plus
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with LoadBuilder/Load Optimization tools is also a plus
