The Headlines:   

In the role of The Business Process Manager-Brewing working in Milwaukee, WI. You will be a part a dynamic, innovative, process-focused professional who can sustain and improve our processes and solutions on a global scale.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Support our breweries in their usage of and adherence to manufacturing systems and processes
  • Support IT, Innovation, and brewery projects through process mapping, requirements gathering, solutioning, training, and implementation
  • Support system sustainment by providing leadership and guidance to breweries and other business functions
  • Work with business partners and technology resources to evaluate and approve enhancements to our current systems
  • Identify and drive cost savings initiatives in our supply chain network
  • Build relationships and network with brewery leaders and corporate entities allowing you so serve as a liaison between user groups in supporting initiatives, solving issues, or enhancing systems
  • Work hand and hand with your fellow team members who oversee the variety of adjacent business processes on the team

 

Qualifications: 

 

 You have a bachelor’s degree in food science, Chemistry, Engineering or applicable functional area

  • You have at least 3-5 year’s experience in brewing experience, and in leadership positions in food or beverage manufacturing (SAP, and systems functional experience where applicable (INFOR,MCMS, Proficy, PI Historian, SAP MLL, ECC, BOBJ) and in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization and fast paced environment
  • Interpersonal savvy –work collaboratively and build relationships with all customers with diverse cultures, geographies, and personalities
  • Look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical analysis to solve difficult problems
  • Flexibility, high integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
