The Headlines: 

In the role of Business Process Manager – PTP you will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team. The Global Business Process Manager – PTP reports to the Global Business Process Owner- PTP and is focused on building relationships and liaising with GBS centers, business units, and their leaders to implement global process standards while continuously sharing best practices and identifying opportunities to streamline our PTP processes. 

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop solutions for enhancements and continuous improvement requests
  • Engage expert users and ensure training and skills improvement is planned in their specific area of knowledge
  • Enhance alignment and reduce gaps between global PTP processes and Molson Coors’ overall business strategy through stakeholder engagement, feedback, and review
  • Support design and implementation of world class mechanisms related to PTP processes i.e. sourcing, supplier enablement, PO and invoice management, T&E, payment processing
  • Partner with other process teams to monitor, manage, and report on solution adoption metrics and KPIs
  • Serve as the PTP subject matter expert on systems integration projects 

 

The Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Business Administration, Supply Chain or IT (or in lieu of formal education, 4+ years of experience)


Experience (at least 3 years of):

  • Managing PTP processes, process improvements, and/or PTP Service Delivery
  • Leveraging technology within PTP to drive efficiencies and effectiveness (Ariba and SAP)
  • Experience working in multinational corporations
  • Experience working in SAP environments 

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in relevant SAP modules (ECM-MM, ECC-FICO, SRM) and Ariba will be a major plus
  • Ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization and fast paced environment
  • Interpersonal savvy –work collaboratively and build relationships with all customers with diverse cultures, geographies, and personalities
  • Look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical analysis to solve difficult problems
  • Flexibility, high integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information
