In the role of a BI Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Data, Analytics, and AI team within Information Technology. You will work in specified knowledge domain(s) and work with business users to design, develop, and implement business intelligence and analytics solutions that support business requirements. This role will regularly share status updates on various work deliverables to direct manager and other business stakeholders. This role has a high degree of accountability to ensure that assigned projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards, methods, and procedures.
The individual in this role is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all relevant deliverables and system solutions for all assigned initiatives, while contributing to process and solution improvement opportunities. They also serve as a point of contact for solutions for specified functional areas, divisions, tools, or other defined “domains.”
This position reports to the BI & Analytics Manager and works closely with business stakeholders, colleagues within IT and staff from external service providers.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Provide administration support for Data/Reporting/Analytics tools which includes analysis, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and business continuity support
- Design, develop, deploy and transition of BI and Analytics solutions to address business requirements
- Support business analysts and expert users
- Build relationships with users and acquire knowledge of additional tools through hands-on delivery roles on projects and in other ways including training and networking
- Research and recommend new approaches, standards and best practices to improve the data reporting/analytics platforms
- Document all solutions for future reference and transition to support
Key Ingredients:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience in the field of IT or data analytics
- You have at least 1-3 years experience in business intelligence tools such as SAP Business Objects, Tableau or Power BI
- You have an understanding of data relationships and can understand and code in SQL or python
- You have knowledge of IT data systems and have worked with platforms such as Teradata, Snowflake, Databricks, SAP Hana, etc.
- You have familiarity with agile ways of working
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $68,500.00 - $89,900.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
