This role is an entry level project management role within the GBS Project Management Team. The role is responsible for leading ultra-light and light migrations, whilst providing support for the wider PMO team on larger program migrations and other agreed projects. The role plays an important part of the PMO organization within GBS structure, including driving new ways of working, improved business value and centralizing activities into our centers. The role will also have responsibility for supporting, providing analysis through implementation and delivery of standard ways of working in line with the principles of Global Business Services (GBS).

This role reports to the Sr. Manager – GBS Projects & Program Lead.

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Tracking Migration and Project Performance and Adherence - Highlighting through reporting the performance levels of key indicators and outputs of core processes and performance. Identifying areas of improvement and the point of process breakdown. Working with key stakeholders to improve and add beneficial change.
  • Leading ultra-light and light migrations in line with the migration methodology. Ensure projects are delivered as per agreement and sign off by leadership and customer stakeholders. (*Ownership of its own projects). Projects are throughout all business functions on a Global basis. Provides the project management expertise required to execute projects complying with the GBS migration playbooks. This includes reviewing alternate migration opportunities; recommending alternative courses of action, determining the resource requirements to successfully execute the approved solution within budget and schedule requirements.
  • CI: Provide input and expertise to Tower Leads, Business Process Managers and Owners on the production of training materials, process adherence, communications and process education. Working with the Training and Methodology Manager to improve current practices and cultural change.
  • Manages and maintains project documentation against our governance and assurance standards, either for project which are led by this role or by providing support to other team members.

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or 4 years of experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Business or IT.
  • Previous analysis-based work experience within a SAP or ERM environment, extensive knowledge of process compliance measurement and data analysis.
  • Capacity to grasp how the company's processes, data, systems, and responsibilities join up to give our Customers & Consumers and our Internal Business a reliable and repeatable service.
  • Experience and expertise in one or more 'end-to-end' enterprise operations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Vendor / Supplier Management.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Positive leadership abilities in successfully leading or influencing teams.
  • Communication skills, oral and written, for the preparation of professional, clear, concise reports and for presentations to multi-divisional management.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $62,200.00 - $81,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
