The Headlines: 

In the role of an Associate Project Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Project Management and Commercialization team. You will plan, organize, schedule and manage the implementation of the leadership approved projects in the Molson Coors way.  The majority of the projects associated with this position are initiated by the company’s Integrated Supply Chain Division with others from Commercial (Marketing and Sales).
 

This position reports to the Program Manager and works closely with our Engineering, Brewing, Packaging, Brewery Operations, Planning and Commercialization teams.  

 

The Responsibilities:
•    Capability to utilize internal, external and consultant resources to achieve set objectives and/or complete projects
•    Ability to analyze data and recognize detrimental trends that could impact the company through increased costs, potential regulatory issues or risk management impact
•    Apply project management and other expertise to the implementation of approved projects while assisting with the development of project management capacity in the Company

•    Lead supply chain execution of large capital transformation projects and packaging cost savings initiatives
•    Development of design concepts and cost estimates for large and complex projects
•    Commitment to customer service with maintained customer focus and customer involvement

 

The Other Qualifications:

•    3+ years of Project Management experience is preferred

•    Previous experience in Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain Logistics preferred
•    Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business 
•    You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.  
•    You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
and Project
