We are seeking a proactive, relationship focused Associate Manager of Supplier Enablement to join our North America Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) based in Milwaukee, WI. This role plays a critical part in driving digital transformation by onboarding and enabling suppliers to transact on the SAP Business Network, including PO Flip, integrated connections, and catalog set ups.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal partners to improve the supplier experience, accelerate network adoption, and support high quality catalog setup and management.

 

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Procurement COE.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

 

  • Lead end to end onboarding of suppliers onto the SAP Business Network. Guide suppliers through PO Flip setup, technical integration, and catalog activation requirements. Provide training and support to ensure suppliers understand platform expectations and transactional processes.
  • Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of supplier catalogs on the SAP Business Network. Collaborate with Category Managers to align catalogs to sourcing strategies and ensure accurate, up to date content.
  • Manage and execute enablement waves, tracking supplier progress and removing barriers to adoption.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and P2P process owners to support seamless onboarding, catalog workflows and supplier experience.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Business Network supplier capabilities and catalog requirements.
  • Identify process gaps or supplier challenges and propose solutions to improve the onboarding journey. Manage escalations and coordinate with SAP or internal technical teams as needed.

 

Key Ingredients: 

 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement or related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Procurement 
  • You have at least 2 years experience in Procurement
  • Learns from experience, self-motivated, and knows when to seek assistance
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track detailed data.
  • Familiarity with SAP, SAP Business Network (Ariba), supplier catalogs, or ecommercestyle content management is a plus

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
