Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Associate Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team where you will provide support for analysis, payroll tax compliance, reporting, budgeting, planning/forecasting, troubleshooting payroll issues, and supporting the team in the processing and accounting of payroll across the Americas, among other duties. You will obtain information from customers and business partners to draw conclusion about business processes, take a systematic approach to evaluating alternatives, and make recommendations to management.
This role reports to the Team Lead – Payroll.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Review, evaluate, and prioritize tasks/project assignments and communicate key issues to management. Contribute to various projects (such as statutory and regulatory audits) as a subject matter expert, tester, and/or co-manager of the project.
- Understand the basic principles of financial processes and analysis. Use accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide objective, timely, and accurate financial information. Identify key information and demonstrate capacity to learn new financial skills.
- Understand and facilitate the integration of payroll processes, people, and relevant technology, to identify, configure, and communicate useful information, to support business decision making related to payroll, its vendors and tax jurisdictions.
- Obtain information from customers and business partners to draw conclusions about processes, take a systematic approach to evaluating alternatives, and make recommendations to management while demonstrating sound judgment.
- Troubleshoot issues both payroll and payroll tax and look for ways to improve processes and procedures.
Key Ingredients:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or 4 years of experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, payroll and payroll tax.
- Experience in payroll in North America, US and Canada, including multi-state, multi-province, and multi-entity.
- You have vendor relationship experience.
- You have strong Excel and Word skills and experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred).
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have excellent organizational skills to complete a large volume of work timely.
- You can work with and maintain confidential documents and information.
- You can work with minimal supervision in a team setting.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $58,700.00 - $77,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
