In the role of Demand Planning Analytics in Milwaukee, WI.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Develop and maintain accurate Sales to Retail (STR) forecasts for a given geography
- Professional that collaborates with Demand Planners to align on Risks and Opportunities in the current forecast and execute changes to the forecast at a detailed level.
- Continuously identify key requirements and develop solutions to improve value contribution to the Demand Planning Team.
- Self-motivated to deliver against standard and ad hoc customer requirements.
- Detail oriented in nature to ensure integrity and quality of individual and team outputs.
- Manages time efficiently to deliver tasks related to processing the forecast and meet deadlines for final forecast delivery.
- Utilizes statistical forecasts to develop a forecast point of view and drives a constructive debate within Demand Planning team using a collaborative process to improve accuracy and validity of forecast.
- Records, Documents changes to the forecast and contributes to monthy forecast review with Demand Planning team
- Support design, development and implementation of improvement processes / systems related to demand planning
- Supports demand planning systems, processes and routines that Demand Planners use to adjust the forecast.
- Drives for continuous improvement of forecast accuracy by using collaboration and communication of STR forecast performance and key business drivers.
- Seeks, shares and documents best practices across team to lift overall team competencies.
- Develops business process documentation for current demand forecasting and demand management systems and for the enterprise processes that support Demand Planning.
- Ensures forecast is updated and compliant with Master Data Product Authorization rules
- Updates forecast by adding new product forecasts to the latest estimate forecast
- Develop and generate key weekly and monthly reports to support the Demand Planning Team and the need for up-to-date information on business drivers of demand for MillerCoors products in the US and Export Markets. This information drives the company’s S&OP, Capacity Planning, Supply Planning, General Managers P&L’s and Distributor Order planning.
- Supports collaborative planning process within regions, brands, and/or set of national accounts.
- Develops and delivers forecast reports at the weekly, distributor, brand, package level .
- Effectively utilizes reporting and exception processing capabilities to focus attention on improvements to forecast accuracy.
- Focus on development and analysis of exception reports in order to understand where risks and opportunities exist in the forecast
Key Ingredients:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Mathematics or related field
- You have at least 3-5 years experience in Forecasting, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Production Planning and Consumer Goods and 2 years of Demand planning exp.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $68,500.00 - $89,900.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
