As VP of Reporting & Analytics, based in Milwaukee, WI, you’ll serve on the Strategy & Capabilities Leadership Team and play a critical role in shaping how data fuels decision‑making across Molson Coors.

You’ll lead the modernization of enterprise reporting and accelerate the use of analytics and AI across the organization. This role brings together technology, analytics, and commercial strategy—ensuring insights are accessible, actionable, and directly tied to growth.

You will:

  • Unify reporting and analytics capabilities across the business

  • Partner closely with IT to modernize tools and platforms

  • Champion the evolution from static reporting to guided, insight‑driven decision support

  • Enable teams across supply chain, eCommerce, and commercial functions with meaningful analytics

  • Lead and develop teams across the U.S. and Canada while building a strong culture of data literacy and impact

 

What You’ll Be Brewing

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing team through regular coaching, career conversations, and thoughtful feedback

  • Build and scale enterprise reporting capabilities that are consistent, trusted, and easy to use

  • Design and deploy modern BI and analytics solutions that support faster, better decisions

  • Establish governance practices that protect data quality, integrity, and compliance

  • Advance the use of predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI to unlock commercial growth and operational efficiency

  • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for sales, marketing, and supply chain partners

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership—connecting data to strategy, investment decisions, and long‑term capability priorities

 

Key Ingredients

  • 15+ years of experience leading technical and/or analytics‑focused teams (experience with AI and machine learning strongly preferred)

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings$214,800.00 - $281,900.00 (posting salary range) + 35target short term incentive + $100,000 target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
