In the role of Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Quality Services team. You will provide insight and direction for the Food Safety programs required by our production facilities, co-manufacturers, and our route to market for all MCBC products, including the non-alcoholic portfolio. This role will ensure our organization is prepared to produce non-alcoholic products in our facilities, identifying gaps and required investments, and will sustain current food safety programs with the continuous changes in the federal and state food regulations. This individual will regularly evaluate regulatory compliance by conducting plant-wide inspections with the team and chairing all regular food safety self-inspection, GMPs, and Food Defense audits. This role will be the main point of contact with Regulatory agencies and Food Safety leaders from customers and retail accounts. This role leads a team responsible for all label compliance, nutritional fact generation, and food safety program implementation al all MCBC North America locations.
This position reports to the Senior Manager - Quality Services - Governance and Systems and works closely with product innovation and engineering teams.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of 1-2 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Lead the development and maintains capability-building programs across North America, including but not limited to: annual mandatory training for operational sites, annual audit plans, food safety auditor training, creation of standards and procedures, related to food safety and non-alcoholic beverages, QFS Pillar Food Safety Standard Work Practices (SWP), Daily Management Systems (DMS), FSVP, Food Safety Verification Program, and preparation for future WCSC and QFS Pillar phases
- Collaborate with the product innovation and engineering teams to ensure that products, equipment, and operating practices comply with current and future product safety and regulatory standards.
- This role will lead the maintenance of the North America recall program, extending it to non-alcoholic products and new route to market. It will ensure proactive communication with field operations, vendors, and customers, and oversee the efficient and effective execution of mock recalls across the organization.
- Lead the team in charge of ensuring the compliance with any labeling requirements for new products and ingredients. Along with the area SMEs, this role will offer advice and guidance on regulatory matters directly to the general counsels.

- You have at 8+ years experience in Food Safety, Regulatory, HACCP

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,600.00 - $124,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
