The Headlines:    

In the role of Senior Financial Analyst working in Miami, Florida you will be part of the Global Emerging team.  You will provide finance support to various functions within and outside finance for budgeting, planning/forecasting, reporting, and analysis in a variety of areas. In this role, you will support the ANCAM region, which consist of Central America and Andean markets, which includes Central American markets and Colombia unit is a field specialist who works with LATAM to control and track all financial aspects of the LATAM business unit. You will also support the Senior Finance Manager to lead the region's forecast, reporting and variance analysis on a monthly basis.


This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager and works closely with regional sales teams and various finance partners throughout our organization. 


The Responsibilities:


  • Assist with month-end closing
  • JE preparation and submission
  • Accruals
  • Actual analysis and reporting
  • Assist with monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
  • Volume forecast, COGS, BME and G&A
  • Assist with BME accrual and payment processes
  • Assist with A/R collection
  • Assist with business partnering
  • Create and revise Value Chains
  • Pricing change analysis
  • Assist with the financial evaluation new SKU or/and brand launches
  • Traveling to markets to meet with partners and country managers
  • 50/50 True-ups for Panama and Honduras
  • Assist with the LRP and AOP processes
  • Interaction with internal and external customers
  • Travel:  Approximately 30-40% travel is associated with this position


The Other Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent experience You have at least 3-5 years of financial analyst experience
  • English and Spanish communication skills
  • Accounting background (Preferrable)
  • Very proficient in Advanced Excel
  • FP&A experience, especially with AOP and LRP processes
  • Embrace and exhibit Molson Coors Beverage Company Values
  • Aptitude with respect to new processes and improve existing processes
  • SAP knowledge
  • Beverage industry experience (an asset)
  • MBA (an asset)
  • Work in a Matrix organization
