Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Logistics Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the transportation and logistics team. You will provide support for outbound shipments, with focus with Distributors, Customer Service, and 3PL’s, including trouble shooting, problem resolution and analytics.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Customer Supply and works closely with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain.
What You’ll Be Brewing
- Oversee day‑to‑day execution of outbound shipments from the brewery, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Monitor shipment lifecycles from tender to delivery confirmation, proactively resolving issues that could impact customer service or network flow.
- Partner with brewery operations, warehouse teams, and yard management to reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times.
- Monitor carrier service metrics (on‑time pickup, on‑time delivery, dwell, tender acceptance) and address day‑to‑day service opportunities.
- Investigate root causes for late pickups, rejections, or detention issues

- You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
- You have at least 3 years experience in supply chain or transportation

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $62,200.00 - $81,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
