In the role of Vice President, Latin America, you will be part of the Strategy & Capabilities leadership team. This role is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across Latin America by leading sales, marketing, and commercial excellence functions. This role is focused on accelerating brand development and innovation, strengthening commercial capabilities, and building strong partnerships to unlock long-term value.

 

This position reports to the Chief Strategy & Capabilities Officer and partners closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IT, while building trusted relationships with key partners in priority markets to drive the effective brewing and distribution of our brands.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Most importantly, you will lead, develop, and inspire high‑performing commercial and marketing teams across LATAM
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Champion capability building and talent development to strengthen regional leadership depth and commercial effectiveness

Commercial Excellence

  • Develop and execute a fully integrated LATAM commercial strategy focused on long-term growth, profitability, and brand strength
  • Lead deployment of commercial tools, processes, and capabilities across regional markets
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize commercial KPIs and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and share best practices

Marketing & Innovation

  • Oversee regional brand building and integrated marketing strategy across LATAM
  • Lead innovation initiatives to renovate existing brands and identify white‑space growth opportunities
  • Ensure marketing and innovation efforts align with enterprise strategy and regional growth priorities

Partner Management

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, licensees, and manufacturing partners across LATAM
  • Partner with the M&A team to evaluate, renegotiate, or transition partnerships as needed to support long‑range planning (LRP) goals

Market Strategy & Execution

  • Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities across LATAM markets
  • Drive growth in must‑win markets, lead turnaround and transformation efforts in underperforming markets, and optimize profitability elsewhere
  • Ensure market‑level execution aligns with enterprise strategy and regional resource models

 

Key Ingredients:

  • You are an authentic leader; you value and respect differences and believe everyone’s unique differences are the key to collaboration and a winning team culture
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or other relevant field OR 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and commercial strategy
  • You are bilingual in English and Spanish
  • You have proven success leading large, complex, multi‑market organizations
  • You have experience working in international markets, with strong preference for LATAM market expertise
  • You have demonstrated P&L ownership and strong commercial and financial acumen
  • You are a strategic thinker with a strong track record of execution and delivering results
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • You take accountability and ownership of results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings$214,800.00 - $281,900.00 (posting salary range) + 35target short term incentive + $100,000 target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
